Ann Stefanucci represented a home purchase for us in Jan/Feb. of 2008. We were more
than pleased with the professional service and courtesies she provided during this time frame. I called Ann on a Sunday afternoon telling her that I drove by a “for sale” sign in our neighborhood and I asked her to find out selling price etc. We weren’t even in the market to purchase an additional home at the time; this was just a spur of the moment decision and opportunity.
Having made that call, we were impressed with Ann’s leadership and efficiency with this undertaking. We had the information we requested the following morning and decided to pursue a purchase. Then we had an unexpected situation occur with my father passing away, which meant I had to leave the state. When it was time to counter, do the walk through and other items that needed to be addressed Ann kept me informed, took pictures of repairs, emailed me items to look at, called me and also re-scheduled appointments around my sudden departure.
Ann took care of every home purchasing detail that I didn’t even know existed and I felt she “had our backs” in our decision-making processes. Ann provided explanations at signing that she knew we needed to understand w/o going thru a plethora of legal/real estate jargon that did not make any sense. She used common sense language and skills as she walked us through the signing of purchasing agreements/contracts. In my emotional state at that time, I would have signed anything and it would have just been a blur, but I knew I was in good hands.
Our experience working with Ann, her work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction has made me notice “First Team” real estate signs whenever we drive around neighborhoods looking for new investments. Ann updates us with “good deals” frequently and provides us with comps in our neighborhood. We wouldn’t think twice about listing our current homes on the market with Ann because we trust her expertise, reliability and friendly personality. It was our pleasure to be represented by Ann.
